About This Class
If you are a Hot Yoga junkie, this is a great addition to your practice! There are studies that say we should do aerobic workouts 4 days a week and strength training 2 days a week. You can do all of that at one place: Yoga Fix Studio.
Hot yoga is a great workout that is aerobic and while it does build strength and balance while working on alignment; it does not target all areas of the body. This class will be designed to focus on those areas of the body we miss; so that we can be in better balance front to back, top to bottom. Come try this class and let us know what you think!

Jeff has been teaching and motivating students in strength training and cycling for over 20 years. He approaches every class with the belief that fitness should be inclusive and safe for all levels from the new-to-fitness to the long-time veteran.
