In this workshop you will learn basic shoulder anatomy, discover how to care for your shoulders using the amazing Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, and be led through a yoga class replete with poses that specifically target, open and liberate your shoulders. Also included is a special bonus section to relieve neck pain and stiffness!

- Note #2: This workshop is geared towards people with tight but injury-free shoulders and neck. It is not intended to address current medical conditions such as shoulder bursitis or rotator cuff tears.
