Happy Legs Self-Care for Ankles, Knees and Feet with studio owner Mary Horvatin – Sunday, July 8, 2018
Do you experience achy, sore feet? Do your knees bother you? Do you ever feel tight in your calves? Do you wake up with tired legs and feet?
Then this is the workshop for you. We will explore massage techniques, deep tissue release and poses to help alleviate tired, achy legs, feet and knees. Our feet are the foundation of our being and all too often we neglect them, taking them for granted, only paying attention once our poor little tootsies are screaming out in pain. This workshop will reconnect you with your feet and lower legs and introduce you to daily self-care techniques we need to put a spring back in our step.

Bring a mat, water and notebook and pen. Handouts will be provided. Wear your yoga clothes.
