All of our classes are designed to accommodate any level of yogi from beginners to seasoned practitioners. We offer a variety of yoga style classes, both hot and non-heated, to accommodate differing preferences in workout styles. Yoga Fix Classes

Class Details

  • Hot Yoga

    This is a sequence of asana (postures) and pranyama exercises (breathing techniques) practiced in a heated room which allows you to work deeper to release toxins and stress while building strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, and mental and physical determination and focus.

    This is a prefect compliment to any athletic pursuit as it helps minimize the damaging effects most sports and workout programs have on the spine, joints and organs. This vigorous practice is designed to work the entire body as a system, toning and shaping muscles while working the internal organs to create inner health and vitality.

  • Warm Flow

    Warm Flow is a great way to explore new postures and discover new muscle groups without giving up the heat and sweat of a Hot Yoga Class. Warm Flow class is a dynamic, moving style of yoga in which you will be guided through a series of poses designed to build an internal heat in the body. The room will not be as hot as a Hot Class because you will be using your own internal heat as well. We will heat the room to about 95 degree plus humidity. Make no mistake you will sweat in this one!

    Just like Yoga Flow Class there will be poses linked to the next with a flowing transition and cued breathing. This combination of static poses, flowing transitions, and mindful breathing will help you to become stronger, more flexible, tone your core, improve your balance, detoxify your organs, build endurance, calm your nerves, and release daily stress. You will learn how to correctly do standing poses, seated poses, balances, twists, inversions, backward and forward bends. You will also learn how to use your breath to quiet the chatter of the mind to find peace and inner stillness. A fun, upbeat, moderately challenging class, Yoga Flow is suitable for injury-free students ranging from beginners to more experienced yoga students.   • Restorative Yoga

    Restorative Yoga is a great way to start any Sunday morning, start your week on Monday night or get through the week with a mid-day, mid-week class.. You will experience deep relaxation of mind and body – a perfect way to let go of the stress and prepare for the day. We use lots of props in this one to help relax and open the body. You will hold poses longer getting deeper into each one which allows the muscles to open. You will also focus more on breath and relaxation. If you are looking for a way to ease into a yoga practice, ease in to your day or just relax deeply, you won’t want to miss this class.
